Welcome to KnightsHub. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be a current UCF or Valencia student and register with a valid student email address (e.g. ending in @ucf.edu or your Valencia-issued email) to create an account and post listings.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Do not share or transfer your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at support@myknightshub.com.

3. Listings & Content

You agree to post accurate, honest, and lawful information about your sublease. KnightsHub reserves the right to remove or edit any listing that violates community guidelines or is deemed fraudulent.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
• No posting of illegal, dangerous, or inappropriate content.
• No spamming or unsolicited messaging through our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

KnightsHub provides a marketplace service—any transactions, communications, or agreements between users occur off-platform. We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for behavior that undermines the safety and integrity of the community.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we’ll post the updated version here with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use means you accept the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
